Whuman was founded in the center of Istanbul in 2000
It takes its inspiration from the city's art, history and culture. From the sparkling Bosphorus to the opulent decorations of the Ottoman heritage, our jewelery represents Istanbul. Each piece is produced with care and craftsmanship down to the smallest detail, utilizing craftsmanship and contemporary aesthetics to create accessories that tell a story.
2005 – Founded in Istanbul
Whuman started by making evil eye bead necklaces and Ottoman-inspired rings in a small workshop in Istanbul and attracted the attention of the society with her different designs.
2009 – First Boutique Opening
Whuman opened its first store in Nişantaşı, one of the favorite districts of Istanbul's local fashion community, and brought its handmade jewelry to the forefront in the region. Collaborations with local artisans further developed Whuman craft.
2015 – Recognized throughout Türkiye
Whuman has become a popular brand across the country for its sapphire rings and pearl bracelets. Our sapphire rings and pearl bracelets stand out for their elegance and quality intensity compared to product lines in more commercial stores.
2020 – Globalization
We opened the Whuman Store online, bringing the sparkle of Istanbul to a worldwide audience. Our jewelery collections now include collections that appeal to jewelery lovers around the world, from evil eye bead necklaces to gold contemporary pieces.
